  1. The Plan Set, web site and all content therein are Copyright © 1987, 2016 Graham.J.Percy, all rights reserved.

  2. The Plan Set is a technical record of the construction of the prototype Maya ultralight aircraft and is provided for personal and informational non-commercial use only and shall not be:-

    1. copied or reproduced except for personal backup,

    2. distributed or broadcast in any media,

    3. disclosed, licensed or otherwise sold to a 3rd party, or

    4. modified

  3. All free downloads and other site content are subject to copyright and:-

    1. can be copied or distributed freely for non-commercial use only, and

    2. shall not be modified


  4. The buyer shall determine the suitability of this product for his intended use and assumes all risks and liability in connection with such use.

  5. It is the responsibility of the pilot to ensure that all applicable regional air navigation regulations are met with respect to construction, inspection, servicing and other aspects of operation. In particular the purchaser of a Plan Set accepts that:-

    1. owing to limited structural and flight testing of this type of aircraft an aircraft built using these plans may prove to be unpredictable and in some circumstances hazardous,

    2. it could be hazardous to substitute alternative materials or hardware for those shown in the prototype Plan Set.

  6. The Purchaser agrees and acknowledges that the Designer shall not be bound by or subject to any condition, warranty or obligation nor incur any liability of any kind whatsoever (including liability for negligence howsoever arising) in connection with this Contract or in connection with or in any way directly or indirectly related to the use of the Plan Set or of any aircraft constructed from the Plan Set whether such condition, warranty, obligation or liability is applied or imposed by virtue of any applicable statute, statutory rule, regulation or general law. This clause shall not exclude, restrict or modify any warranty which is imposed, or imposed by virtue of, any applicable statute, statutory rule or regulation insofar as to the extent to which such warranty cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
